• The built in filing system was definitely an added bonus and the zippered compartments ensured that there was no ejected paperwork
• Although a little thing, I liked the location of the zippered cell phone holder. Discrete but easily accessible.

• With all the compartments and extra storage capacity, it is easy to overload the bag making it an unsafe weight for shoulder carrying.
