Toshiba Qosmio F20 Notebook
It's Big! It's Bad! It's an Entertainment Center in your Lap!

In the land of multimedia laptops, no one has fought harder than Toshiba and their Qosmio line. CoolTechZone takes the Qosmio F20 out for a jaunt and here's how they liked it.

"Who is this notebook for? Will it replace your TV? No. Your music system? No. Maybe your gaming machine or the console you adore? No. None of the above. This notebook is not meant to replace any of those. Nor is it an ultra-portable. Quite frankly, we’re not sure what target market is Toshiba attempting to attract with this unit. The only segment we can think of are those who want a true multimedia power house but don’t want the clunkiness of a PC. They also want a bit of mobility so they can easily take it with them for their LAN parties and other such events.

But to be fair to Toshiba, all integrated features perform more than satisfactorily. Some of them are in fact so good that we would like to see them on non-Toshiba notebooks as well. All in all, if mobility is not too high on your priority list and you want a powerhouse notebook, Toshiba’s Qosmio F20 should be at the top of your list of multimedia notebooks to consider."
