Dell Latitude D820 Laptop
Does this Latitude have enough Attitude for your Laptop Lifestyle?

To be honest, this review really doesn't review anything. It kind of reminds me of those reviews where someone just pulls crap out of the manual to put down without ever touching the product. Kind of the "Coles Notes" of the actual manual. Anyway...

"First of all we must say that the Dell Latitude D820 is built to protect your data. And for that purpose Dell uses the three-way user-authentication technology. You have a Smart card to store your passwords, a fingerprint sensor and a pre-boot password. We say that it is very hard for someone to crack into your system and have acces to sensible data.

With the Dell Latitude D820 you have a nice array of connection possibilities: four-pin FireWire, VGA,Dell Latitude D820 infrared, serial, and four USB 2.0 ports; 56Kbps modem, Gigabit Ethernet, headphone, and microphone jacks, Type II PC Card, ExpressCard and Smart Card ports. The dual band Wi-Fi allows you to connect to any 802.11 a, b or g network and the new Dell Wi-Fi Catcher Network Locator will notify you of the presence and allow you to connect to any Wi-Fi network without having to reboot your Latitude D820 to find a new working network. At the connectivity chapter we must say that the Dell Latitude D820 is equiped with a 3G antenna which gave us very good results at our tests.

Powered by a 2.16GHz Intel T2600 Core Duo processor, this one of the fastest notebooks we’ve seen. Multitasking will become a habit and you will never experience a slow down in your machine."
