VoodooPC Announces a 19-inch Notebook
19 inches of Laptop Lovin'


You know, 17 inch notebooks are already pretty big. Some of them weighing well over 10 lbs with a good battery. IF that's too small, how does a 19 inch Laptop weighing 16 lbs sound? Kinda reminds me of that Eurocom Beast we covered a while ago.

"According to Voodoo, the Envy's huge screen will be suited for gaming and graphics thanks to its 1680 by 1050 resolution. It will be powered by an AMD Turion 64 processor, and come with either dual nVidia SLI or ATI graphics, so gamers will likely have a field day with this huge machine.

But at 16 pounds, will anyone actually want to drag this thing around anywhere? I'm intrigued by the Envy's huge screen, but I do like being able to grab my notebook and go--not really an option with this big lug. And the Envy has a price tag to match its mammoth size; it costs $5000--to start."
